Our networking requires commitment to regular attendance to the monthly meetings in order to build trusting relationships and educate each other about what we do. We see networking as just as much giving as taking and that’s why being there is so important.

I’m Sanchia Aronberg and my business is Mind and Body. I offer wellbeing coaching, reflexology and holistic treatments at my sanctuary, my private home treatment room in Bishop’s Stortford. I have advanced reflexology training in fertility and menopause support.

Many of my clients say that their overthinking affects their wellbeing. Some say that they go to a meeting or have a presentation and people say afterwards that they came across confidently but inside is a different story.

If your overthinking is affecting your confidence, you recognise that you sometimes have imposter syndrome and negative inner chatter is an issue then maybe my workshop is for you. My workshop is on the 22nd of March, 11am-1pm here at The Residence, £25 per person.

I get it, I’m a fellow overthinker and with having a more holistic approach to your thinking it may minimise those unhelpful thinking patterns.
